The idea was born from many conversations I’ve had over the years with countless uber successful female colleagues and friends. We have so many shared stories, experiences and wisdoms that it got me thinking. If we could encapsulate what we’ve collectively learned and offer it up in a fun and informative way, it would grease the skids for their future success. Imagine more women business leaders, more women in government and more women helping women become independent and successful. We’d be creating a better world, indeed!

Our mission is to offer practical information, workshops, and mentoring to aspiring Smart Girls; helping them achieve their career and life ambitions. It will also be a forum for debate and discussion. You’ll hear from successful women about their own challenges and how they overcame them. And, sometimes, about what they wished they’d done differently. You can learn from all of it.

It will be thought provoking, inspiring, and fun.
